Pros
Steady work. Was able to build a good team before some management changes. Training is always available. Bonuses were always good and fairly consistent. Work life balance is better with Prysmian.
Cons
Good old boy network keeps good people from advancing where you will not advance unless you leave the company. They hold bonuses for salary employees while others are getting bonuses more often. Some upper management have mood changes that are too regular and tend to create a hostile feel. If you have a complaint you will be shunned. The OLD HR needs to be replaced so we can get an honest leader in place.
