Pay ok, but changes often.

If you want to feel like you are back in Kindergarten, this is the place to work. A terrible un-stable environment ran by person who has no "people" skills. No defined values. Upper management has screaming matches. Family fights in the workplace. Sales reps screaming and swearing on the phone at customers.
