Bad management and scheduling - Table Games Dealer Encore Boston Harbor Employee Review

I have knowledge of working more than one game but ending up working on a same game almost every day at least three to four day a week. I have been working as a table game dealer for 17 years at different casino before I started at encore Boston kept lying to me about the schedule is set by computer, they are right about that but without a human setting the schedule into the computer system how would it know where to schedule that person to work.
