Unreliable and unprofessional - Certified Phlebotomist Encompass Medical Partners Employee Review

While working with this company I have always did what they have asked either working a multiple location or taking on more hours and days. Working with my previous manger I miss her so she have left the company for the better and after she had left things have went down hill. The clinic that I was placed at didn’t want to work with encompass no more instead of trying to find me a new location they will just cut you off all together. Mind you never been late at all never called in at all and always do my job and that’s what they do to there hard working employees. As long as there family eats that’s all that matters.
