Pros
Some of the nurses and techs do care about the patients but they are beaten down by a poor system and bad circumstances.
Cons
Leaving units short staffed a lot of the time. Asking staff to sign up for over time because there is almost never enough coverage on the units. Flexing nurses when the staffing is actually good to save a dollar at the expense of patient and staff satisfaction. Accepting admissions who are not appropriate for acute rehab.
