Good benefits. Umm, thats it.
Cons
Even though a big company each hospital is like it's own entity. Never saw anyone from corporate office around. Our management doesn't work the floor or come near it so all decisions are made by people who don't have a clue as to what normal every day operations are. Too many bullies. Impossible and unsafe operations. Tech. Will have 12 pts.+ Normally. No breaks. If you complain, you will regret it.
