      The best part of the company is the benefits it offers.

      Too much corporate politics where management will only support their employees to upper management if it benefits them. Creates a lot of distrust.

      Great team work between departments most of the time Being a part of a patient's recovery and seeing them go home successfully Celebrations within the hospital for staff

      Some departments work in silos with a "that's not my job" mentality
