Lack of trust and poor management. Terrible communication among departments. When something goes wrong, management starts pointing fingers as opposed to finding a proactive solution. If the employee expresses disappointment or a concern that doesn’t agree with management, you’ll be in the “naughty “ list and everyone will know. The “open door policy” is a joke. If you decide to go and verbalize your discontent, you will be screwed.
The hospital’s CEO is just another businessman who cares more about the numbers than the employees. He is not genuine and transparent. All nice and all in front of the employees but behind doors with senior management, he demonstrates his true colors: a spreadsheet administrator with a business mentality and money hungry.
