They used to be all about the employees, but since they got bought out it's all about money. I've only been here a year, but all the people who worked here for more than 4 years have all quit. They don't care how many employees quit or are unhappy as long as they can keep their numbers up. They'll even make you work weekends if they can't get you enough patients during the week. They advertise a lot of ability to further your education, but in reality they'll send preceptors first even if you signed up first, so don't bank on that. They only reimburse 31c /mi for vehicle use. They'll lie to you and promise change if you bring up any issues you're having. And don't you dare ask for help if you're overwhelmed, because you'll likely be told that you have to find someone else who can see the patients instead of having the schedulers, who look at everyone's schedule, help you find someone. I have heard that not all branches are as bad though.
