      Pros

      They have really good insurance and for the most part a good group of nurses that work as a team together.

      Cons

      Nurse to patient ratio is horrible for this type of environment, not safe for patients or the employees. Seems to becoming more of a LTAC than a true rehab.

      Pros

      Great team work between departments most of the time Being a part of a patient's recovery and seeing them go home successfully Celebrations within the hospital for staff

      Cons

      Some departments work in silos with a "that's not my job" mentality
