      Pros

      the pay at healthsouth is good and the benefits are excellent.it is a for profit company and they will make sure they do anything necessary to get there.

      Cons

      human resource manager is a liar.all senior management is incompetent and will do anything to save their jobs.the regional vice president will sacrifice anyone and anything to make profit goals.

      Great team work between departments most of the time Being a part of a patient's recovery and seeing them go home successfully Celebrations within the hospital for staff

      Some departments work in silos with a "that's not my job" mentality
