Diverse caseload and good clinical experience, particularly for new clinicians. Opportunity for company paid training in such things as FEES, LSVT and VitalStim and

Regularly understaffed, not always as competitive with market salaries, average length of stay continues to shrink with each passing year which may mean for some that work is less clinically satisfying as you are always seeing the beginning of the rehab process and very rarely getting to experience carrying complex patients further through their clinical evolution which requires a set of skills that you may never get to fully hone in an environment with short length of stay.
