      DEI program. Senior leaders are engaged with patients and staff. A lot of employee engagement activities. We celebrate everything from national pizza day to national doctor’s day.

      Cons

      Long hallways- but we get our steps in, which is a positive.

      Great team work between departments most of the time Being a part of a patient's recovery and seeing them go home successfully Celebrations within the hospital for staff

      Cons

      Some departments work in silos with a "that's not my job" mentality
