      Liked my coworkers, but everyone is always on their toes

      Very very poorly managed, Managers do not care about the employees only $$$, have very little concern about the well being of their employees or patients.

      Pros

      There is fulfillment from helping patients regain independence after injury or illness. Encompass Health promotes diversity and inclusion. There is a good work life balance. Wide range of benefits. An overall positive work environment!

      Cons

      Encompass could recognize more holidays for employees as well compensate salaries to match cost-of-living for the area better.
