      Each individuals are not bad, they seems to be well trained to be in the bubble

      Cons

      Poor decision making due to lack of communications and trust, it leads to bad plans and settings. When things fail, it will be blamed on someone hands on not decision makers. This unproductive cycle has been stoping the company to grow

      Pros

      Management worked long hours onsite alongside the staff, including weekends! They took time to correct timecard mistakes, approve PTO, and make sure everyone was getting paid for time worked. Robert Albino's knowledge of the operation and ability to coach staff really stood out in the best way!|

      Cons

      Would enjoy more food trucks since there are not a lot of lunch options nearby.
