Pros

- Opportunities to travel to events and conferences, which can be rewarding for those who enjoy such experiences. - Working with international clients provides valuable experience and helps in honing account management skills. - The team, apart from the leadership, consists of amazing, smart, kind, and supportive individuals.

Cons

- The work environment can be physically demanding, especially during events, often with minimal breaks. - Pay is reasonable to start with, but significant raises are rare. No bonuses are given. - Leadership practices explicit favouritism and often lacks transparent communication and documented processes. - Role changes and departmental shifts occur without sufficient employee input, leading to feelings of instability. - Senior management often engages in micro-management and can be unresponsive to employee needs. - Lack of a clear path for career progression and performance evaluations can feel arbitrary and unstructured. - Work/life balance is poor, with frequent unpaid overtime expected to manage workload. - High turnover rates and a tendency to hire fresh graduates lead to a lack of experienced personnel. - The company culture may feel toxic to some, with employees often feeling undervalued unless they are favored by leadership

Pros

Pays well, good culture, trains their employees well especially as most were juniors (I was not)

Cons

Long hours and the CEO is definitely on the tougher side of things, but I think that's a startup founder thing rather than specific to the company
