Pros
Reasonable pay, pension is great, bonus structure and options are rarely given out, except for senior staff. Vacation, Earned Days Off (EDO's) are 1 day per month.
Cons
Mid level management is highly political and performance ratings are based on hallway discussions rather than true performance. Employees are generally pegged early in their career and slotted for promotion and leadership positions. There are few visible minorities in senior leadership positions.
