Pros
Amazing pay rate - the best I had so far. The manager is very approachable. You learn the job before you actually have to be on the job, which builds up your confidence and skills. There are different events for people who want to be involved with the company. They take safety very seriously. I found co-workers to be very helpful. There are different bonuses and workshops to keep you motivated.
Cons
Work/life balance is off. They have a very strict regimen when it comes to being on time and days off (even if you're sick). If you need to take a sick day, it's very frowned upon if you want to get hired on a permanent role. Very repetitive job.
