No respect from managers Higher management suppress people Low pay, and income cannot be negotiated No appreciation from work Always extra workload outside of your duty Corruption within the management team You only get pay rise or promotion if you have good relationship with the bosses, not because you’re capable. Management push the responsibility away and only takes credit, not responsibility. Unprofessional leadership.
