Very good team and working culture, no micromanagement, trackers etc. You get paid on time and everything is transparent. The company gives opportunities for beginners also.

No roadmap for professional growth for developers.

I was the only devops, so creating a task to mark an assignment seemed unneeded (or some thought so). Most discussion was on call or in personal conversation, i.e. not logged at all. Technical description of assignment? vague, "do what's right" and later "why did you do that". Unclear and changing terms, conditions, explanations.
