1. Teaching young kids and interaction. 2. You ll explore your town by going around. 3. Happy to see kids learning 4. Payment on time. 5. trainings are fun 6.Good for beginners who wants to learn abt social development sector.

1.Worst management ( They lack in basics and will try to compensate with excuse of being non profitable organisation) 2. Treat their Pillars of organisation(P. A./ Teachers as the last priority) 3. They never care for perspective of their field working P.A.s. as there only info flow from Top to bottom . 4. The organisation itself doesn't follow what they tried to teach the kids ( Belief in others). 5.Salary is less than a peanut . 6. Growth ..that's a good question. 7. No reward/ appreciation policy. 8. Unstable job assurance. 9. High expectations and constantly changing policies. 10. Internal politics
