Cons
In 24 months the company has gone from a fresh acquisition from a reputable Indian company, which provided EnablePath the capacity to double its workforce and paint the picture of a bright future. In the past 12 months almost every single executive has voluntarily left and their positions have not been back filled. Most executives have worked together in previous companies and obviously their united efforts have not been successful, they joined a cash flow positive company and quickly turned it into cash flow negative. When I left the company, almost half the employees were managers making it very top heavy in a consulting company and might be part of the reason why they cant management their books. The amount of current employees that were at the company 2 years ago is around 25%.
