India Management :- (Likewise many cons but mentioning the few faced) Dirty politics since mid 2019. Unprofessional in terms of employee benifits. Their policies change overnight if the employee is getting benefit. Forced good reviews. To verify please see many good reviews are of same date or of the gap of 2-3 days. Limited number of projects and modules. To be specific only basic modules are covered. No good learning. Join if fresher. For experienced candidates the growth will stop or degrade. Dominated if you can't take your stand. All the former employees have left due to there politics, less hike to non-fav and very good hike to favourites. Its the environment for gossips not for work. So join if you want to enjoy your time. Unethical in terms of work. If you are leaving the company, then you are going to be in big trouble as they are going to trouble you a lot in your notice period till you start crying. So join only if you are not going to leave ever. The upper management team is so indulged into politics that they don't care about employee first moto. They care about how to do politics and be safe.
