Pros

- Very welcoming when started working with them as a new employee and very structural based department where everyone is equally given to do specific tasks for their are expertise plus a very teamwork-oriented based process where everyone has your back and support with creating multiple design outputs.

Cons

- It's a growing company handling multiple brands so it's a fast paced situation where the demands for design materials can be confusing and stressful but overall it builds up experience and strong mentality when handling multiple requests, revisions and waiting time for approvals.

Pros

Working at Enabled comes with several advantages, especially if you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment. One of the biggest pros is the steep learning curve, you’re given real responsibilities early on, which helps you grow quickly both in skills and confidence. The setup is lean, so you get exposure to different roles and functions, making it a great place to build versatility. Communication is also very direct, with minimal hierarchy, so you get honest feedback and the chance to contribute ideas that can actually be implemented. The team may be small, but it's collaborative and supportive, which makes even high-pressure days manageable. If you're proactive, adaptable, and eager to make a real impact, Enabled can be a solid place to develop your career.

Cons

Working at Enabled also comes with challenges. The pace can be intense, and expectations are high, which might feel overwhelming if you're not used to quick turnarounds or working independently. Because the team is lean, resources and support can be limited, you’ll often need to figure things out on your own. Structure and processes may not always be fully in place, so things can feel unorganized at times. Work-life balance can also be tricky, especially during busy periods, as the workload doesn’t always stick to regular hours. It’s a place that rewards self-starters, but may not be ideal for those who prefer clearly defined roles and consistent routines.

Pros

Team Collaboration & Leadership: I was able to work closely with store staff, suppliers, and management to ensure smooth retail operations. This strengthened my leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Customer Service Impact: Supporting retail teams in delivering excellent customer experience was rewarding, especially when I saw sales growth and positive customer feedback. Organizational Growth: The role gave me exposure to retail strategy, merchandising, and inventory management, which helped me understand the business side beyond just day-to-day store activities. Problem-Solving Opportunities: Handling store-level concerns, such as stock shortages or display adjustments, allowed me to think quickly and implement solutions that kept operations on track.

Cons

Fast-Paced Environment: The retail industry is highly dynamic, with shifting customer demands and tight deadlines. It required constant adaptability and multitasking. Resource Constraints: At times, limited staffing or stock availability made it difficult to execute plans effectively, requiring creative workarounds. Pressure to Deliver: Meeting sales targets and ensuring compliance with company standards came with significant pressure, which required strong time management and resilience. Balancing Priorities: Coordinating across different departments (marketing, logistics, store operations) sometimes meant handling conflicting priorities and ensuring alignment.
