Horrible company - Care Assistant Enable Care Services Employee Review

I absolutely love working on the road, meeting clients old and new. I have had brilliant support from my team leader and management. It can be a challenging job but so rewarding.

We are due a pay rise but this is not the companies fault and I know they are doing lots behind the scenes to get us the payrise we need. They have also given us a rise for weekends which we are so grateful for.

Only pro is leaving the company

Don’t pay you right. Talk to and treat staff horribly. No support from office or senior staff.
