EnSafe has an amazing culture that truly values their people. A lot of companies say this but here they mean it. The office environments have been fantastic and everyone I have met and worked with his has been extremely friendly and knowledgeable and people seem to genuinely like working here. EnSafe also has a diverse client base that affords incredible opportunities to work on a large variety of project types nationwide; and as a company that operates as one profit center, collaboration between offices across the country is not only encouraged but the standard. EnSafe also has a highly structured set of teams and disciplines which allows individuals to work within their areas of expertise and provide value on projects across the country. EnSafe has excellent benefits and compensation including a robust ESOP program. I wish I had found EnSafe 15 years ago but am thrilled to be here now and part of a growing company that cares for its people and the environment we work in.
