      Pros

      The only pro I can say about here is that it is in a nice location.

      Cons

      Extreme lack of trust with employees (expect to be extremely micro-managed: sign in and out every day, twice daily reports on what you are doing, etc.s). Management is quick to point out mistakes, and never shows appreciation for hard work. No perks, clearly no morale in the office (everyone is just doing the bare minimum to get by), favorites are clearly played as long as you suck up to management.

      enLabel is an extension of our clients who are highly regulated by the FDA and other global regulatory bodies. It is an FDA requirement that employees and visitors sign in and out of the office for accountability and security. enLabel has made significant changes to management and reporting structure over the past several years to manage our growth and employee development.       * Traffic around the area is bad so taking the T is a must.

      Pros

      Engineering team was pretty great, satisfaction with work seemed to be based on what project you worked on. Direct management & mentorship was great but more suited for people who want to hit the ground running. You have the ability to make a pretty big impact on the work, so its a great launchpad for early career. Great location in the North End.

      Cons

      pay is low for Boston, you can easily get burnt out working if you dont look out for yourself. company culture is friendly and efficient but not really too social. Not a lot of upwards growth
