Pros
The rank and file employees are generally quite knowledgeable and easy to work with, regardless if whether they're in India or the United States. No first hand knowledge about other sites.
Cons
In 2013, the culture turned into where you had to be careful and say and do only what your manager wanted you to do. That was true previously, but it increased to a higher level. I think this was due to higher level executives who feared for their jobs, and the increasingly sycophantic nature of executives, especially in Engineering.
