Pros

Supportive and energetic environment, emphasising on learning while earning at the same time. Full comm so you can earn as much as you like to, career opportunities is transparent, great team, and helpful managers. A lot of travelling opportunities and fun involved.

Cons

If you are not willing to learn new things, this would be quite hard for you. Took me awhile to break through from my previous mindset.

Pros

- Supportive team members - Fast pace environment

Cons

Absolutely terrible experience. For students thinking of interning here, please think twice. This place offers no basic salary, no EPF, no SOCSO.. it’s 100% commission-based. Imagine being an intern, going to the office at 9am, then walking on the streets for 5+ hours under the sun just to beg people for donations. After all that, you’re still expected to go back to the office for “extra knowledge” sessions…. and sometimes, they even pressure you to attend every single one. You’ll be told this is all part of “hard work” and “self-growth,” but in reality, it’s pure manipulation to make you work harder for their MSF. They also make you work on public holidays, and six days a week is considered normal. Miss your target? Then get ready to work extra hours. Honestly, this is not an internship.. it’s free labor disguised as “training.” Walking the streets, begging strangers for money, all while being brainwashed into thinking it’s a good opportunity. Crazy and unethical.
