The best part of working for Empulse is the team. We work well together and have fun. Management is AMAZING at listening to ideas and giving them fair thought. Everyone's input is highly valued and everyone works together to make Empulse a great place to work.

Often times the recruiting/staffing industry gets a bad reputation, and it can be a negative at times. At Empulse everyone works extremely hard to change those negative perceptions through exceptional, quality service. The pay can start out low, but with a top notch commission structure those who work hard will be rewarded with a great paycheck.

The clients and candidates I work with make this job really rewarding as I am always interacting with new people and building connections. The company culture is awesome as you are also asked for input when it is time for the company to make high level decisions. The fun upbeat atmosphere also makes the work day fun and time at the office not feel like a job but something you enjoy doing each day. As for personal growth this job has allowed me to grow professionally and personally as they are also helping us achieve our goals and work towards new achievements. I couldn't ask for a better job when it comes to work-life balance as currently it is very flexible!

Some Cons about working here would be the nature of the work that we do. It is not a job for everyone as it requires persistence, and hunting for the right candidate. Sometimes it can get really difficult but it is the nature of the job and once you find that right person for a role it is very rewarding and you feel extremely accomplished.
