Cons
They don't pay salary. This is more like slavery they will ask you to work hard and do more than expected which is fine but they will never pay you money on time.
You will get may be half month or one month salary after working 3-4 months.
Very Poor management.
No structure, no respect for the employees.
It feels like they want all the work without paying fairly.
