I typically do not leave negative reviews because I understand every workplace experience is different. However, after my experience with this company, I feel it is important to provide honest feedback so others can make a more informed decision before accepting a position here.
The biggest issue within this organization is the culture and management style. The environment is extremely micromanaged and heavily metrics-driven to a level that became mentally exhausting. Management constantly monitored emails, LinkedIn messages, activity, and communication throughout the day. There was little trust or autonomy given to employees, regardless of performance.
Communication from leadership often felt excessive and overwhelming, including repeated calls and constant pressure to work beyond normal hours. There was very little flexibility or understanding regarding personal matters or time off, which created a stressful and unsustainable work environment.
The hiring process also lacked transparency in several areas. Compensation discussions felt misleading at times, especially regarding commission structure and workload distribution. Certain expectations and realities of the role were not clearly communicated upfront.
While some individuals within the company were kind and supportive, the overall structure, management approach, and day-to-day culture outweighed those positives for me personally. I have never experienced this level of stress or dissatisfaction in a role before, and I was already preparing to resign because it had become so mentally draining.
If you thrive in highly controlled, high-pressure, micromanaged environments, this may be a fit for you. However, for professionals seeking trust, flexibility, collaboration, and healthy work-life balance, I would strongly encourage asking detailed questions before accepting an offer.
