Pros
Agreed with many other posts that this agency is friendly, efficient, and well managed. Compare with another/other reputable agencies that I have worked for/heard of, EU respects and care about their employees. They are also flexible and easy to work with. You can select your type and time of workcases, No limit of numbers of cases, no minimum neither, and do not push you to do only in-person sessions. Regarding to a post (position: Behavioral assistant) that the compensation is low, I have a different experience. I am not in the same position as BA as I am a clinician. I can say EU's compensation if not the highest, will be on the top tier of payment range in the IIC field in NJ. Even the starting range is higher than their competitors. I feel being respected instead of being exploited. However, you need to advocate for yourself. The raise will not be automatic, just like in many industries.
Cons
There are limited opportunities to connect with other EU coworkers. It's a pity that cannot build a better network as a lot of good clinicians are in EU.
