Pros
NCI values it's employees and places a lot of emphasis on communication and ethics. The company as a whole is a good place to work and the staff is friendly.
Cons
Working for a subsidiary, I found the corporate friendliness and views to be driven out by the subsidiary’s views and business practices. There was very little room for growth or promotion. The company keeps saying they are making money but benefits are continuously getting cut and there were no annual raises in 2012 due to financial strain.
