Friendly coworkers, travel, holiday/birthday celebrations. Good place to work if you are looking to step into the HR field. Candy & drinks are free & you'll get a good laugh at how bipolar these people are.
Cons
Terrible benefits, you have to be a "favorite" in order to move up. Starting Pay & promotion pay is terrible. They have an "I don't care" attitude. Very fake & thinks everything is a secret but it's not. Extremely high turn over. People at corporate are very bipolar especially mgmt. Training program is the worst I've ever seen before. It's literally a big joke. Very unorganized and the CEO works in the office 5 days a week but never know what's going on. They try to fix things at the last minute but of course it's too late. New employees are paid more then employees who work hard & are promoted. Pay scale makes zero sense. Staffing consultants are paid more than mgmt.
