thank you for your feedback. We value every message and your feedback is important to us.
We are sorry that you haven't had the best onboarding experience at Emma which is truly not or intention. We want every Emmie to feel welcome, feel supported by their team, but also be self-standing with their own projects.
We are still a very fast growing company where process needs to be developed and changed sometimes as well. We are aware of that and continuously trying to improve ways of working.
We want our employees to take ownership about projects and work for those topics they think themselves they can create a high value for the company but also for their professional & personal development. This gives our Emmies the chance to develop into new fields they haven't though of before and even might not be what they have initially applied for.
