Pros
If you like the work hard/play hard culture, this place is for you
Cons
This company had so many concerning practices. It is a revolving door and employees come and go at a concerning rate. There is no work life balance, so be prepared to work 12 hour days and get horrified looks if you have anything else that is a priority in your life. Employees did not have any form of goals or objectives, so evaluations, raises and promotions were simply based on how people felt about you, not your measured performance. There is little to no discussion or investment in employees, their growth and development (besides them funding attendance of trainings). They say they value diversity, but don’t practice it internally. Only entry level is diverse, after that diversity reduces drastically with each level that goes up, leaving you with an all white, male, German speaking C level. Finally, this company does some ethically questionable things.
