No 401k, absolutely the worst training ever. Training is left to the attorneys who really do not have the proper time to dedicate to tell you before you make a mistake what to avoid. It is literally trial by fire. First six months will go well and then you are on your own. Outside the attorneys, the longest employee here has been employed for just over a year.
