Management is terrible as well as HR. There is a lot of favoritism and discrimination. Employees are treated poorly and management is treated like royalty. For the employee appreciation day management gets good food and beer and everyone else gets hot dogs. Absolutely ridiculous. They are on a hiring freeze and wont hire temps to full time even though they say you can apply after 4 months.
