Pros
Good managers, structured training, and (generally) stable employment. Pretty good work-life balance, especially once you've been here for some time. You will almost certainly like your coworkers.
Cons
Poor work-from-home policy, bad pay relative to the industry, hard to influence change or improvements within the organization. Company moves incredibly slow and is not effective bringing products to market. You will work for a CEO that does not care about you.
