Pros
- The average associate has been with the company over 10 years - management is reactive not proactive - IF you like OT....... they definitely have it available
Cons
- it's like working with your mom/dad since folks have been working their for so long - you HAVE to be a self starter........ not a lot of training happening - small facility so there are very few opportunities available to grow unless someone retires/ gets sick/ or points out
