      Typical 'founder-led' organization. Principal has no E.Q. whatsoever - borderline abusive All but 2 employees are 1099 - comp plans revolve around sharing slivers of the pie Several products flirt with being a bait and switch

      - Working with smart people in a collaborative team - Lots of innovation around products & offerings to better serve clients - Exciting to be at a company which is on a steep growth trajectory - Working remotely means getting to work with people & clients all over the world
