Selective RTO policy; website states "flexible work arrangements," yet employees in certain areas or departments are *required* to be in the office and all new hires are in-office. RTO policy is under the guise of collaboration but the majority of teams don't work in the same office or the other team members are still remote. No empathy for people losing hours of their day in traffic. Leadership says things that sounds positive in town halls but there is no action towards those. Most people are doing more than one person's workload and many seem burned out. Pay is below market average and isn't consistent across titles/positions within the company. Shareholders come first and short term decisions to meet financial goals/obligations will have long-term consequences and ultimately cause continued decay of brands. Many long-term employees are leaving and this will continue unless something changes :\
