      Overall nice place to work, flexible hours, nice colleagues

      Low salary, not diverse at all, sometimes explicit racism, if you're not in the sciences your opportunities for growth are less.

      Pros

      Most staff are great people. Working with the students is a real bonus, great energy.

      Cons

      Senior leadership are snakes. If you look up toxic work environment, they click off almost every box. It's sad really because there are so many great reasons to work there.
