      The company has great name recognition.

      Cons

      Everything else. The work environment is not friendly. It is extremely top down and there is no room for advancement. The people at the top get paid ridiculous amounts of money and the people at the bottom are not valued, paid well, or appreciated.

      Pros

      Most staff are great people. Working with the students is a real bonus, great energy.

      Cons

      Senior leadership are snakes. If you look up toxic work environment, they click off almost every box. It's sad really because there are so many great reasons to work there.
