Cons
I have a long list to share, here it goes, 1. CEO of this company does a lot of micro management and she doesn't trust anyone in this company "pretending" she knows everything about this field. 2. Top management from product side parties inside and outside office throwing all the work on juniors. 3. Glorifying timings and not work is a bliss to them. (its fine if you are drinking in office till 2 in the night, at least you are in office and you will be appreciated) 4. When you join you are promised variable every quarter but guess who was partying late till night and forgot rating juniors and variable gets delayed to another quarter altogether. 5. You'll be invited to CEO's house and she will make sure you are being insulted. (trust me every head, manager got screwed once. twice, thrice and maybe this will continue for lifetime. 6. Managers present that they are empathetic. But guess what the only ones who are empathetic are juniors coz we are all depressed. 7. Soon, according to CEO people from Harvard and Stanford will join embibe. ( To me its funny, to you too? ) 8. Enter at your own risk. Ones you come out of this company you will lose hope in yourself. 9. CEO has zero humanity. (maybe because lots and lots of funding at a go). everyone is treated like a slave trust me worse than slave. she treats office boys or even her assistant like I don't know what. 10. You will learn nothing and will go nowhere because leadership will not let you go anywhere. 11. A lot of leadership either has already left or are in their notice period. coz who wants pressure. 12. This is a company you wouldn't even wants your enemy to work with. 13. All in all I had a worst experience. and if anyone else joins they might too.
