      Can get baked food to eat

      Cons

      Not good job for new-comer. Company hires and make quit people very soon. Not competitive salary. Workload is more. More stress as your job is insecure all the time. Hiring procedure is too dramatic. Specific community is working in the plant and getting promotions. No area of growth.

      Pros

      There are many amazing people to work with, and the company offers great learning opportunities. The team was very supportive, and I appreciated the opportunity to strengthen my lab skills and learn more about the flavour industry. There are also tons of free baked goods!

      Fast paced environment - I enjoyed this type of environment but others may not.
