Casual atmosphere, casual dress, there are still a few good folks left at all locations that are trying to move within the organization.

Since the merge, management has become cut throat and everyone is out to save their own skin or those that kiss their butt. It has become a joke with people running wild doing their own thing with no intervention from management. HR is too scared to talk to employees, no one will approve any write ups and HR will never fire anyone, therefore the employees who know that will do whatever they w ant and not what is best for the company.
