Pros
They pay you well for dumbing you down to follow what management wants, which changes every other week when the CEO wakes from a different side of the bed. They will change your title every 3 months to some random acronym like PMS, CSU. When you go to apply for a new role, you gonna kena many questions.
Cons
To survive you must follow the CEO blindly. 95% of the top management are puppet to what the CEO cooks up. CEO always thinks his idea is genius, but really they are just low level ideas. The only thing keeping the company afloat are some individual contributors that know their stuff, which makes up for like 5-10% of the company total employees. They like to sell things they can't deliver and then leave it up to the mid to lower level guys to go figure it out. When the team spend time figuring it out and delivering, they won't appreciate it. Instead they give all the praises to the sales team.
