Cons
It can get toxic because of the internal and almost impossible deadlines. Sure, all jobs are not easy. But not all jobs would require you to work for almost 24/7 just to deliver. The management directives can be all over the place as they could not decide on the priorities. Everything is a priority, and they will push for delivery despite the identified risks. When the result is subpar- they will question what went wrong. Some of the senior leaders do not listen as well, and when the "unprecedented challenges" happened, of course, it's the fault of the staff and not the leaders. Very bureaucratic, and a lot of unnecessary steps in their processes.
